Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I’d been sporting my Holy Trainer V2 for about a day when I sat down to urinate and heard a metallic clatter on the floor. Looking down, I spotted that the internal lock had managed to drop out! I hadn’t touched it at all; it just ejected itself! Does anyone have an idea why this could occur??

I own a tiny pink V2 HT...and never saw anything like it....given how it's built, it seems unlikely. Is your V2.....the authentic version or a Chinese replica?
