Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I’m uncertain whether this belongs here or on the referenced community page. Recently, Steelworks sent me their Looker 02, and it is truly a piece of art! Yet, I am running into an issue while wearing it… The fit is perfect when I put it on- snug enough to eliminate extra space but not overly tight. The urethral insert slides in without any pain, and because I have a PA piercing, they installed a Securo-style security screw specifically designed for piercings to keep it from pulling out. However, problems start appearing as soon as an erection begins or while I am sleeping at night. Because the urethral tube extends past the A ring, it creates internal pain. Examining the cage (which has been removed but is still assembled), the tube seems to ‘ride’ more toward the top center of the structure. My thought is that the tube ought to run along the bottom edge of the cage- which aligns with where my urethra actually sits. Since it rests in the upper half, and there is significant tissue in the upper part of the penis, I suspect this is causing the discomfort. I have reached out to Dietmar regarding sending it back for adjustments, but I wanted to gather some other perspectives from fellow users here first. Could anyone describe where your tube falls as it exits the A ring? Is it Top, Middle, or Bottom? Thanks.. BTW- We rotate between this and our Tube Jacket 02 every week or two since getting this one. (Aside from the urethral tube issue) there is no comparison in terms of comfort- this device is excellent. Most of the time I barely notice it.

Unless you specifically WANT to use the urethral tube, I would recommend getting it shortened significantly. That way you retain PA security and a ball trap that effectively prevents erection.

My urethral tube exits the A ring in an upward direction if that helps clarify. My tube is removable rather than fixed, so when screwed into place it can be positioned slightly differently, but mine is set to point upwards. I hope this assists you. It really is a great device. Also, as @titaniumjones mentioned, your problem might stem from the length. I haven't experienced similar issues; for me, the tube seems to sit in the correct spot at the appropriate length.
