Hello, my partner and I are currently updating our first FLR contract. We’ve noticed that the sections for ‘punishment’ and ‘disciplines’ remain quite sparse:

Agreed methods of discipline

• Verbal scolding or lecturing.
• Adding additional chores.

• Tickling while being restrained. Click to expand… We are still new at this, having just completed our first two months of FLR. I am usually not prepared for harsher punishments such as whipping or smacking, so I am seeking suggestions that avoid corporal penalties. What other couples include in their contracts that might fit us?
