Hello everyone, How do those of us with very small cages manage the issue mentioned above? I’ve tested a smaller cage and while urination is possible, it feels like I can’t completely empty my penis because it gets squished inside. Any advice would be great Thanks

I use a small cage and don't struggle with peeing at all. It just takes slightly longer than when I'm not wearing one.

Peeing in my small cage is specifically tricky for me during the night. I get strong erections while asleep and need to urinate. Usually, after some pushing and pulling of the device, all the urine comes out, though it's quite uncomfortable. Interestingly, I also struggle with nighttime peeing even without a cage because of how large my nocturnal erections are. I'm currently exploring more open-style cages that don't press as tightly against the body (like Behind Barz) to see if they help.

A compressed penis could also mean a compressed Urethra - and those nighttime erection attempts won't make it any easier!;) Just ensure you don't fold or wrinkle the wearer too much when inserting him. The remaining issue might just be aiming correctly so urine doesn't land on your own testicles!:D
