Hello everyone. I’m seeking some guidance on the Chinese-made htv2 model. I want to get the sizing right before purchasing a real unit. Right now, I have the grande size fitted with a 52mm ring (and I’ve also tested the 45 and 42mm options). The issue is its position and how much loose skin there is. I expected it to sit higher up snugly, but no matter what I do, it doesn’t stay put. Plus, when I get an erection, it pulls downwards until my balls are strained tight or nearly pushed out. Also, if I’m flaccid, definitely at the end of its tether here; any thoughts and tips would be great.

The fix for me was making a bespoke belt that connects directly to the ring.
