Female led relationships discussion

When my wife and I first started our flr, the first tool I bought her was a flogger. It served as her go-to method for both punishment and play for quite some time. As things moved forward, I picked up new toys for her: a riding crop, a hickory paddle, and a 4ft leather whip (which is now her current favorite). With all these additional tools, my wife has mostly phased out the flogger. She explains that in her view, the flogger requires the most effort yet delivers the fewest results. Consequently, she rarely uses it nowadays. I promised to buy her a new one, but I haven’t decided on the exact type yet. My goal is finding something that yields the best outcomes (which for her means maximum pain) while requiring minimal exertion from her side. Could anyone suggest a flogger that would suit us well??
