Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I’ve come across an affordable cage from AliExpress that works great for me when I’m flaccid; under normal circumstances, it causes no problems at all. My trouble begins once arousal sets in: my penis swells and restricts blood flow to the testicles, turning them a purple shade (not too dark or cold) and causing nausea. Are there methods to ease this discomfort? Is it something that typically resolves itself as I adapt, or is just part of life now? Also, can I sleep safely with these symptoms?
