Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I’ve recently switched from a real HTv3 cage in the standard size, which was too loose, to an ht small model sourced from China. Along with downsizing the tube, I also reduced the ring size, and it feels like a better match now. The issue I’m facing is that even when my urethra aligns perfectly with the central hole, urine tends to pool inside the cage during urination before shooting out in various directions. Is this typical? Personally, I don’t mind because it encourages me to sit while peeing, but it does result in splashing and leaves the cage visibly damp. Does anyone have any advice?

I’m dealing with the exact same scenario here. I opted for a metal cage recently to address hygiene concerns and haven’t regretted it since, even though I do miss how sensation-free wearing an HTV3 tube feels. Depending on what my KH decides, we might swap them out occasionally, but right now I am locked in solidly with the metal one.
