Here’s a straightforward question: if you’re uncut like me and still have your foreskin, do you wear it forward or backward in the cage? I’ve always kept my skin forward because my head is quite sensitive. However, with this new smaller cage, I keep getting pushed out against the bars which causes rubbing. I’m not sure how well it would stay pulled back continuously. The upside: peeing might be easier when erect since there’s less pressure buildup inside the skin right now. It could also offer some natural lubrication if my head is exposed during teasing sessions perhaps? I haven’t even worn this smaller one for a few days yet.

If you look up medical advice online, most doctors recommend that uncircumcised men shouldn't leave the foreskin retracted except for cleaning purposes; it should return to its normal position. If you plan to wear a shorter tube cage long-term, consider making or buying a pad/cover to stop the tip from poking out and getting pinched. You can remove this cover when using the toilet.

So now I just have to adjust to peeing through the foreskin and shake quite vigorously until most of it is gone.

The key thing for me has been keeping the foreskin where it belongs! Don't forget proper cleaning and drying!!! Sorry if this feels like shouting, but based on my own experience you can get issues resembling athlete's foot which isn’t fun at all, believe me. I haven’t really struggled with pinching specifically, though obviously finding a cage that fits your unique anatomy is important since we vary! A panty liner works wonders here too; it catches those final drops of urine that uncircumcised guys often struggle to fully expel.
