Has anyone who wears permanent chastity noticed any shrinkage? I have, and it forced me to buy a smaller cage.

Your penis does not permanently shrink from being caged or due to chastity. There are multiple threads in the forum discussing this issue. The tissue inside the penis can get smaller with age regardless of whether it is caged, but many men who have been locked for very long periods return to their normal length fairly quickly once they unlock.

I'm curious about the topic, but honestly I don't know for sure because my erections are not allowed to be unlocked. The last time I checked in October, it was maybe half an inch shorter, though it's hard to say definitively.
