"No" carries extra weight when it comes without any justification. It is simply a denial rooted in her status. She makes the call; if she wishes to elaborate, she can. If not, that settles it.
As someone who has been on the receiving end of this as a slave, I can confirm there is a great surge of power. And honestly, that energy belongs to her;)

Can I still beg......after Mistress says the word?
"No" is truly one of, if not the absolute most powerful words! Like other things with such force (nuclear bombs, female anatomy, etc.), it demands responsible handling. Let me show you. Mr Chaste asks, "Would you like to go out for a drink?" The now Mrs Chaste replies, "No, I can't right now." To the slightly insecure Mr Chaste, that sounded like, "No, I don't want to be with you at all." So he didn't ask again! A week or two later, she asked him, "Do you still want to go out?" "Yes," I answered. "Well then, ask me properly!" So I did. Here we are 30 years on, married for 27 of them! It turns out she was playing hard-to-get all along! I am so dense that I didn't realize it at the time; I just heard "No." I can barely imagine how my life would have turned out if she hadn't prompted me again—it's almost too much to think about! So, when I ask, "Please can you unlock me so I can cum?" and she says "No," that is perfectly fine! But there are moments when careful consideration must be given to using something so small with such immense power.:)
My wife struggled with the word "no." I hope she gets comfortable with it as we progress.
