Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

This is my very first cage. I initially went with the 45mm base ring, but it tended to slide down. After checking out a few other posts here, I tied on a string to hold it closer to my body. That solution worked okay, though I’d really rather have it stay up without needing that extra string.

I’ve also tested the 40 mm ring, which performs much better overall, but it still slips down occasionally—especially when I get aroused. The only catch is that while trying to erect, my testicles turn a bit blue. There’s no real pain though; it feels just like the discomfort I experienced with the 45mm size. Once the erection subsides, everything returns to normal.

Could anyone offer some advice? I recently ordered a device that includes a 42mm ring as well. However, even when the string is tied, this cage projects outward more than I’d like. With it sticking out so much, my options for clothing are pretty limited; I can essentially only wear jeans.
