CB Range discussion

Hello everyone, just a quick question. My cb6000 (should be the original model, packaging and ALE-stamps on rings look authentic) snapped at the seam underneath after just two days of wearing it (ouch!), but the bigger issue is that the dealer I bought it from here in Austria (an authorized one) refuses to replace it under warranty according to their general terms. I absolutely hate dealing with those jerks. So, is there another way to get a replacement? Should I contact ALE directly, or are there other cases where a different authorized dealer was kind enough to swap it out for you? It wouldn’t even cost them much, just as an act of goodwill… If anyone has experience with this, please share. Thanks in advance, filmriss
