I think the tube is a bit long otherwise. It might be tricky to get proper measurements when buying a custom belt from someone else.

He actually makes the **tube** length longer so that it can drain properly when you go to the bathroom. The measurement is taken from the top of the penis downwards, not the underside. Let me know if that helps! I'm about 8cm-ish when measured for a ball trap device.
