Over the years I’ve experimented with various cages, though usually only for a day or two. Now that I’m tackling Lokctober, I’ve hit a few snags and would appreciate some guidance:

1. As someone who grows significantly, my night erections tend to push the cage down quite far on my shaft, making it hard to reposition it snugly against my pubic bone. Consequently, the ring sits midway down my penis now, which isn’t very comfortable.
2. My abundant foreskin tends to bulge out through the cage aperture, where it either chafes against my clothes or makes urination a bit fiddly. I considered that an end-closed cage with just a small opening might help manage the foreskin, but I’m unsure how messy and challenging peeing would be. It seems unlikely I could align perfectly every single time. What solutions have others found for these issues, and which cage styles do you favor?
