Hi everyone, I realize similar threads have come up before. However, I’m curious: does a cage still work well if you can achieve a full erection? My flaccid size is about 3 inches and it goes up to 6 when hard. Keeping things contained is a bit of a challenge for me; while the fit is good when soft, an erection tends to push the entire cage forward even though I’m using the smallest base ring available (which only has enough room for one finger).

You could go with a shorter cage. Alternatively, if it's an option, look for a model featuring an articulated A-ring. This design offers a smaller diameter in the ring itself, which helps keep your member more secure and less likely to stand up.
