Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

It looks like I’m among the fortunate ones who has a varicocele on my left side. My CB-6000s arrived with the standard two-inch back ring, which felt quite snug and uncomfortable at the bottom of my scrotum. After switching to the 2-1/4 inch version, it fits well but feels slightly loose. Does anyone know a device that might suit someone with a varicocele better? Any other tips would be appreciated as well.
