Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I’ve been wearing the short cage with a urethral tube since December 2nd. Today I took it out for cleaning, and noticed that the tubing had detached from the main cage structure while still lodged inside my penis, right beneath the glans. I could sense the tube within me; by pressing down on the head of my penis and holding onto the tube, I managed to slide it into a better position so I could pull it out. Check out the attached photo—it’s an older image but illustrates what happened well.

The initial shock has passed now, though looking back at how close I came to trouble is quite sobering.

I definitely won’t be using this style of device again.

@sissyblueballs That's always been my worry with non-metal inserts like that one. If it isn't a single solid piece, there is the risk of failure. It should be fine for short-term use, but I'd say no longer than 24 hours.
