Female led relationships discussion

We’ve spent over a year dancing on the periphery of an FLR. I’ve been locked around the clock for two years now. She’s experimented with new approaches, but hasn’t fully stepped into her role as leader yet. I really appreciate what she’s attempted. Then suddenly, like flipping a switch, it all shifted. She decided to take charge. Now she’s in control. She enjoys having power and influence over me. She values being served. She wants me to feel frustrated and needy. I’ll be facing discipline more frequently, even when I haven’t messed up. My role is to serve her. I had imagined this transition happening slowly, bit by bit. Or if it ever happened at all. When your own partnership hit that tipping point, did it happen gradually? Or was the change instant?
