“In an earlier entry, I talked about how beneficial it is for us to take a pause now and then—most often because of traveling. After that pause ends, I’ve taken the chance to check in with her, essentially asking, ‘Do you want to keep going with our FLR?’ Over time, her answers have looked something like this:

1. “Well, uh, alright.”
2. “Sure thing.”
3. “Yes. I prefer you when you’re locked up.”
4. “Does it even need asking?” The dialogue has become much more open and honest regarding sex, her authority, and what she wants. We never really had this kind of exchange before starting FLR and chastity. During these breaks, I also make sure to encourage her growth as a powerful woman and offer my support. She is wonderful, and I think it catches her off guard. So, I believe taking time off is a great way to back up your keyholder while reminding yourself why you fell for her initially. Also, being the one in charge takes work, so use this chance to let her relax. Admittedly, going without my lock feels odd at first, but it’s definitely worth it. Hope that helps!”
