Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Passover is the Jewish holiday marking our freedom from Egyptian captivity. I have always felt conflicted about it. To me, bondage sounds wonderful—I’d love more of it! Still, I fully understand and appreciate the celebration. Yet, reading phrases like “celebrating our escape from bondage” feels somewhat contradictory on my part. If they simply called it slavery, that wouldn’t bother me at all. Being a slave isn’t what I want; being in bondage is. I prefer sweet, loving restraint with just a touch of discipline.
