CB Range discussion

I recently bought a CB6000s. It was all fine till one of the pins came un-glued. And then I noticed the pins don’t line up with the holes in the rings properly. I spoke to the company I got it from, who checked the others they had in stock, and they were the same. Any one have any info on this issue?
