CB Range discussion

I’ve kept my CB3K on for stretches of up to a week. We’re aiming for even longer durations, but I noticed some significant problems this past week.

The chafing at the hinge—using Eucerin usually helps with that. My routine involves applying baby oil in the morning after showering and again before bed, alternating between baby oil and Eucerin. That part seems to be resolved. Ultimately, I swapped out the single piece for one from KFH.

However, it was issues with the Cage itself that made me take it off:

1. Bruising and chafing on the top of my penis, just behind the head. It hurts quite a bit, though I’m not exactly sure why. Nothing helped much—not oil, cleaning, nor Vaseline.
2. The bottom of the cage pressing against the scrotum. The base digs in deeply, causing real pain.
3. The vents at the end of the cage push into my scrotum until welts or blisters form.

Here is how I tested to figure out the right size ring and spacer: Test 1: Largest ring + Largest Spacer + medium locking pin - balls slip out easily when flaccid. Test 2: Largest Ring + Smallest Spacer + Medium locking pin - balls still slip out while flaccid. Test 3: Largest ring + smallest spacer + short locking pin - pinsches everything tightly, causing constant pain. Test 4: 1 7/8” ring + largest spacer + long locking pin - comfortable fit; with a bit of effort, the balls can slide out. Test 5: 1 7/8” ring + medium spacer + medium locking pin - Balls are under constant stretch. An erection pushes the cage into the scrotum, creating welts; during a prolonged attempt at an erection, it even started to blister.

During the day, I run quite small. Depending on hydration, stress levels, and caffeine intake, my flaccid penis can vary between 1.5 inches and 4 inches. I didn’t realize this range existed until I started using the CB3K. When erect, I fill up the tube and stick out through the sides if not caged in. Without the cage, I’m usually around 7 inches with a strong erection.

I’ve taken mine off now but would appreciate any advice from those who know better.
