CB Range discussion

I had to take out my CB6k because the swelling and soreness under where the sack drapes over the ring was getting bad. My skin turned very red and inflamed there. I don’t believe the ring itself was too tight since I could easily slide a finger inside it, but my testicles were extremely swollen. Is this normal? It’s my first time with a device and obviously never been locked before now. I actually wish it was back on me, though the area is quite painful right now. Please help me get re-locked; I’m happy to try a larger ring just to fit in again because I really loved that snug feeling of the original one.
