Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Could someone offer assistance? We’ve been integrating chastity into our daily lives and it’s fitting in well, but we’re dealing with intense pain. It usually kicks in within an hour of locking the cb 3000. The discomfort begins at the scrotum and intensifies as it moves toward my lower abdomen. It leaves me bent over for a good while (once I take off the device) and persists into the following day. This isn’t always consistent; there are times when I stay locked for up to two weeks without this problem, but other times it hits almost right away (within an hour of locking up). Could this be related to sizing? Has anyone else experienced something similar? We’d like to transition to a more permanent chastity setup, but we need to resolve this issue first.
