I recently questioned one of my men in chastity regarding the question of whether he should always have an emergency key with him. I brought up a situation where he might be involved in a car accident and paramedics would need to remove his stainless steel chastity cage from his genitals to provide treatment. We talked about it for some time, and I came up with the idea of keeping the key inside a pill box that attaches to a keychain like this:

These aluminum canisters are meant for carrying extra medication around, but I thought of using one as a container to store the emergency key for a chastity cage. I picked one up at Walmart for under $3.00. I bought it considering it was a small investment for my experiment. The key that fits any standard luggage padlock works in this canister without issues. Initially, I thought about soldering the screw-on cap shut, but after some quick research online, I found out you can’t solder aluminum because the soldering wand gets too hot and melts the metal. Further searching suggested using super glue instead. I applied a few drops to the threads of the cap and screwed it tight. After letting the super glue set/cure for a bit, I tried unscrewing the lid—no luck. I used a screwdriver in the key ring hole on the cap and vice grips around the body for leverage. It didn’t budge. Then I locked the vice grips onto the cap and hammered hard at the barrel. All it did was crush the side of the canister. Finally, I managed to drill through the wall. As you can see from this picture, there isn’t a quick or easy way into this container. DSC07412A.JPG My final conclusion is that this is a very simple and affordable solution for your locked man to keep an emergency key on his person during true emergencies. With my method, there’s no way into this container without signs of tampering. The key stays close by but isn’t easily accessible. The keyholder can require regular photo proof that the canister hasn’t been messed with. You can only get inside using a drill or a hack saw. I just wanted to share what I found for those looking for an inexpensive yet effective answer to this common issue.
