Here is a Tollyboy belt featuring a drop-down waistband and solid cable attachment. I think the model number reads MGA/200/D.

It comes with two tubes, both in the newer style design which have tighter internal rings and curved hoods at the top. The interior diameter of each tube is roughly 34mm. For the larger fitting ring, the inner diameter measures about 28mm, while the smaller one sits around 23mm. This gives you a good range to see what fits best.

Following the curve down the front, the waistband comes in at approximately 93cm (or 36.5in). It hugs my 36-inch waist nicely and snugly. The cable measures 26cm long when excluding the screw threads, making the total distance from front to back of the belt about 55cm.
