Birdlocked discussion

Hello, I was checking my measurements before purchasing the Birdlocked Pink Mini and noticed a problem - my “perfect fit” fell right between 40mm and 45mm. When I secured the cord at 125mm (which is about 40mm in diameter, or roughly 125 mm around), it cut off circulation, but with 140 (~45mm) it was just a bit loose. So I took a chance and went for the 45 size, which turned out to be correct as it’s slightly too large. After wearing it for nearly two hours, one of my testicles slipped out. Ugh. Are there any simple solutions to hold everything in place without having to modify the cage? I’m worried about breaking a part…
