Female led relationships discussion

I’m considering implementing some sort of contract or agreement with my husband to clarify the terms regarding the lock up, punishments, and what I expect from him in his behavior. My goal is to go beyond basic chastity control along with certain penalties. Does anyone here utilize a formal contract or something similar? If you do, could you share the details of yours? Thanks
