Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Hello everyone, I’m a newcomer and this place seems fantastic.:) I’ve been wearing male chastity devices for quite a few years now. I’ve experimented with roughly seven of them, all featuring the style where the ring sits behind the testicles rather than using a full belt. The issue I face is consistent across all of them. To be direct and anatomical: my foreskin swells up after just a day or two. When I take the device off, it can look quite puffy, which isn’t very appealing and makes me hesitate to stay locked for longer periods because I fear it will get worse. Does anyone else deal with this? Any suggestions would be welcome. I’m curious if there’s a specific design that might suit me better, though I suspect the issue might apply regardless of the device type. Here are some models I’ve used: CB2000, CB3000, The Curve, Exobelt, Birdlocked neo, and two metal ones from eBay (one seems to be a Sentinel copy, while the other is distinct with its hinged ring and solid tube ending in an open tip.
