I am fresh to the world of chastity but not new to celibacy overall. For the last 25 years, I have voluntarily abstained from sex. During this time, I noticed that without restraint, I often end up with raw, chafed skin during sleep due to rubbing against sheets, walls, tree bark, or whatever surface felt right at the moment. This made me think that preventing an erection and avoiding a painful blister was actually quite sensible.

I am HIV+ and chose this path partly to avoid temptation in public sexual environments during moments of weakness. Since I travel frequently, I look forward to navigating airport metal detectors without issues. My steel device stays on for security checks, so expect some delays! I’m truly starting to appreciate the lifestyle shifts.
