Female led relationships discussion

We need some assistance here. My partner finds his cage uncomfortable at night because of nocturnal erections. What can we do to stop this? I allow him out immediately when he complains so that he doesn’t lose sleep and feel tired for work the next day. Will this issue fade over time? Should I make him endure it on weekends to help condition himself for the weekdays? Any tips or advice would be much appreciated. Thank you! xoxoxoxox
