I’ve dug deep into Neosteel hip belts and understand how crucial their positioning is, yet I remain puzzled about exactly where they rest on the hips. Let me try to phrase this as clearly as possible: can the lower edge of the hip band ever sit higher than the highest point of the hip bone?
