I’ve had it on for roughly twenty minutes now, so these are just initial thoughts. It feels much better than the CB6ks. Putting it on took about thirty seconds; getting the lock in place actually took a bit longer. The keyhole needs to align perfectly. I was slightly anxious regarding size, so I went with one that is a touch large. I thought being slightly oversized would be safer than being too small and unusable. Ordering another wouldn’t have been affordable if it had turned out too tight. That said, the ring is only just a hair big, very comfortable, and not excessively large to cause concern. The cage itself is somewhat long with a girth that’s slightly generous. It isn’t so loose as to be problematic; there is simply room for growth. I likely won’t achieve a full erection, maybe even half, but it will still do its job well.

Measuring for the cage (tube) was tricky because I could never get a consistent length reading. Even an average measurement felt risky, so I chose larger again. However, the device’s weight causes it to slide forward slightly, which adds a bit to the effective length error. So my advice on sizing is: don’t worry too much about being overly safe. While I am pleased so far, I would prefer just a bit less length, but I can certainly live with what I have.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the Jailbird despite my ordering mistakes. These errors are mine alone, not faults of Mature Metal. The only issue was that some black residue arrived on the device; it wiped off easily at first but turned sticky after washing. It was a minor annoyance since I wasn’t sure what it was and wanted to ensure everything came off.
