Mature Metal discussion

My Queen’s Keep showed up this morning after a six-hour wait, replacing my CB6000s which are now heading into long-term retirement.

Wow. The comfort gap feels as big as night versus day — I’m wondering what took me so long to order custom metal gear. I had gotten used to the CB6000s pretty well, but they would occasionally make their presence felt in unwelcome (and unsexy) ways, and hygiene required taking them out more often than we liked. This one fits much better (I’m definitely a ‘grower’, so even the 6K tube was too wide for me, causing painful partial erections).

The real test will be how well I sleep through the night, but early signs point to this being the device I’ve been looking for. (If only there were an easy way to pass metal detectors and backscatter machines while wearing it, oh well.)

Anyway, just wanted to share my delight with this very nice, solidly built piece.
