I’ve recently swapped my husband from a KTB to the CB-6000s. It was simply because I desired a change.

The KTB never gave me any trouble; he wore it continuously for roughly two years, and it’s truly an excellent piece of equipment that I adore.

However, I decided to experiment with something new. Since he used a CB-2000 back in the day, picking up the 6000s was straightforward for me there were some distinctions but also similarities.

I’d like to share my observations regarding this transition:

While using the KTB, he could urinate standing up, though I didn’t permit it. With the 6000s, however, sitting is necessary as it should be. The KTB allowed erections to begin but they faded rapidly; in contrast, with the 6000s, he attempts to stay erect for longer periods despite being constrained by the cage.

Nocturnal erections used to wake him up while wearing the KTB, but now he sleeps soundly through the night in the 6000s. Additionally, his urinary opening doesn’t always line up perfectly with the device’s hole. Since I prefer not having him constantly readjusting himself indefinitely, I’ve instructed him to simply sit and pee, then wipe properly (acting like a good girl). We clean the apparatus frequently regardless.
