Female led relationships discussion

welp… I messed up and temptation won me over. Since Mondays are off days, I was out of my chastity device and home alone when one thing led to another. This occurred on September 20th, roughly two and a half weeks ago. I confessed today, so now we have to decide how to handle the situation. We’re generally a vanilla couple regarding chastity—no spanking or whips involved. I’m hoping some of you can suggest ideas for ‘punishment’.
