Your product is great overall, but there’s one issue that can be easily resolved and currently drags down the whole experience. Those four extra air vents are totally superfluous. Could you take them out or maybe just plug them up? The central hole for peeing works well enough, but the rest feel unnecessary. If your shaft isn’t perfectly aligned in just that one spot while urinating, urine shoots out of the other openings and sprays all over! It comes out with decent force too, so it really flies around. Do you think these holes should go? At least give us a choice to have them removed. It shouldn’t be hard; they could just skip adding those vents during assembly—how difficult is that? On the bright side: I’m quite fond of your new black version, despite this one quirk. Anyway, if you agree with me, please reply nicely and perhaps we can get management to listen?
