Birdlocked discussion

I had been using a CB6000 until it cracked, which I suspect was due to it being fake. That seemed like the right moment to upgrade, and since I’d heard good things about Birdlocked for their comfort levels, I picked up the latest model, the Neo. Getting into it went smoothly with some lube, but a few hours later I felt a sharp movement in my testicle. It had actually shifted backward; the skin remained forward, meaning my testicle was tucked inside my groin instead of hanging down in its sac. With minor effort, I can push from beneath the Neo to pop it back out, though it tends to slide back again eventually. This seems linked to when my balls contract, such as during cold weather. The older CB6000 just caused slight annoyance under those conditions without pulling back.

I looked into reviews and recall someone mentioning here that the Neo handles pull-back better than other models, so I’m curious if I might be making a mistake myself. Any advice on what could be going wrong or how to prevent it would be greatly appreciated.
