I have a cage like this ** which works well during the day, but at night it causes pain in two spots: one is the smaller ring at the base of the shaft (35mm), and the other is the bottom part in the middle. The penis bends downward, so when erect, it gets pushed against the thin bars that tend to dig into the skin. The 35mm ring at the base rubs the skin, turning red and hurting a lot by morning; I’ve had to take off the device early in the morning more than once. Overall, the shaft pushes hard inside the cage, but if the pressure were even, I think it would be fine. Now, I built a custom device myself just for sleeping (during the day its huge size makes it unusable because it needs 110mm length to allow erection). The new one is very comfortable and made entirely of copper. It has a 42mm diameter tube that doesn’t hurt too much but still tightens the shaft when erect. I suspect my penis might be slightly large in diameter? What if I buy a new device? Will it be too narrow? I see the common tube size is 35mm. The ball ring needs to be 50mm (2”) for me; I tried 45mm but it was too tight, and with that size erection doesn’t go away because blood flow is blocked. I’m considering the holy trainer, but before buying, I’d like to understand if there’s a risk of getting an unusable device because it’s too small. Sorry for my English; I am not a native speaker. Thanks.
