Female led relationships discussion

I’m looking for some thoughts, opinions, ideas…you know. Here is the issue: Mistress has told me she wants me to quit my job and stay home around the clock. The problem is I don’t want to. Since her last promotion, I have had a small…problem with it. It never bothered me while She climbed the corporate ladder until now. Her latest promotion put her salary above mine…by quite a margin. This was the one area that stayed separate from our dynamic and where I still kept my old self. When I headed to the office or airport, I could still play the part. She is not open for discussion. My last argument - money - has now vanished. She said she no longer wants to reprogram me every time I return from a business trip etc. It doesn’t look that way to me; I stay chaste, always report in hourly and she tracks me via my iPhone. I don’t know what will happen if I try to battle this…but I don’t just want to walk away from a great 10-year run at my company. What would you do? What would you say?
