Mature Metal discussion

Has anyone else experienced the unit sliding down through the scrotum and along the penis? Also, when ordering a replacement device, how much smaller did you choose? I’m considering dropping from a diameter of 1 3/8” to 1”, but I’m concerned about continuous wear affecting blood circulation. The ‘fits like a glove’ description doesn’t quite clarify things for me… hey, learning is hard for me.
